Coronavirus Book with Confidence guarantee
Our Coronavirus Book with Confidence guarantee is valid for all bookings made from 31st May 2020 and guarantees free date changes, a campervan hire voucher or a full 100% no quibble refund if:
✔ The UK government impose restrictions causing the closure of our business when your collection is due to take place
✔ The UK governments introduce non-essential travel restrictions over the dates of your rental.

No booking amendment fees
Rest assured that if you need to change your rental dates, duration or pickup location, we offer complete flexibility to amend your booking. If your new trip costs more than your original booking, simply pay the balance to get booked in.
Flexible payment terms
To help in these uncertain times, we no longer require payment in full upfront at the time of booking. With our new book now, pay later option, secure your camper now with a 25% deposit, and pay the balance 28 days prior to pick up.

We’ve enhanced our operation and cleaning procedures to ensure we are following government approved Covid safety measures. We’ve achieved the Visit England “We’re Good to Go” status.

We maintain very high standards for campervan cleanliness. Please rest assured that the safety of our guests and the community at large is our utmost priority and we have taken extra steps to provide protection both at during the collection handover and on the road. These include:

- Covid secure workplaces in line with Government procedures
- Social distancing & personal protective equipment
- Limited contact vehicle collection & returns
- Campsite guides provided with all rentals to ensure guests have safe, socially distanced places to go on your road trip
- Deep cleaning of vehicles including interior surfaces, appliances, floors, drivers cab, kitchen utensils, keys, extra items and vehicle exteriors all washed with professional cleaning materials
- Increased hand sanitising facilities
