Our vans are of a high standard, are all less than a year old and we make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that they are roadworthy at the time of rental. If the van can not be repaired instantly, you will receive a partial refund. As a hirer you are responsible for looking after the van. The costs incurred from any mechanical or other breakdown as a direct result of hirer neglect in this regard will be borne by the hirer (see our terms and conditions for details). What happens if I have an accident?
